Acceptable Use Policy
QuikaChat is for running a real business. These rules keep it safe and useful for everyone.
Purpose
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with QuikaChat. It applies to all customers and their users, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
You must not
- Break the law or use the service to help anyone else do so.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing or scams.
- Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or share hateful or sexually exploitative content.
- Upload malware or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or other companies' data.
- Collect or use visitors' personal information without the notices and legal basis your local law requires.
- Share illegal content or content that infringes anyone's rights.
- Resell, sublicense or share your account access outside your organisation, or exceed the limits of your package by technical workarounds.
- Use the service to build a competing product or scrape it at scale.
Security
Keep your passwords safe, give team members only the access they need, and report any vulnerability you find to contact@akbhojani.com instead of exploiting it.
Enforcement
If we think this policy is broken, we may remove content, block visitors or users, or suspend or end the account. Where possible and safe we will warn you first. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the authorities.
Reporting abuse
To report misuse of QuikaChat, email contact@akbhojani.com with as much detail as possible.
